This creature was the star in a number of adverts here in the UK, and I was commissioned to realize it as a real entity.

It was sculpted in plastiline clay over a steel armature before being moulded in fibreglass.

A skeleton was fabricated from steel and fibreglass to allow the finished item to be poseable.

This was set into the outer mould, and the mould bolted closed. Silicone rubber was then injected in and left to cure.
