The Millenium Falcon is one of the most iconic and popular spacecraft from the Star Wars series of movies, and probably my all time favourite.

This replica model is just over three feet long and two and a half feet wide [1/24th] and was constructed out of aluminium tubing and fibreglass for the frame, to keep the weight down. Detailing was achieved by cutting hundreds of pieces of styrene plastic sheet panels, thousands of model kit parts, brass tubing and custom made parts I couldn't find at the right scale, as in the Little Han and chewie figures in the optic fibre lit cockpit. Fluorescent tubes at the back are diffused and provide very effective engine lighting.
