This is a silicone lifesize sphinx cat.Sculpted in wax based clay over a steel armature, it was then moulded in fibreglass. A steel skeleton was made and inserted into the mould, before platinum silicone rubber was pigemnted and injected into the void. This was then seamed and painted with a number of washes to look slightly the worse for where.

Teeth were sculpted, moulded and cast in dental acrylic, and a toungue made from silicone again.

Eyes were fashioned from painted water clear urethane.
